HAPS Photography was founded by Michael Todoran, whose background in landscape architecture and design informs every frame we capture. After more than a decade as a licensed landscape architect, Michael brought his eye for detail, scale, and story into photography: a natural extension of his practice and a way to reveal the deeper narratives behind people, places, and performance.

At the heart, we are family owned and operated, following our passions and highlighting the stories of amazing people we meet along the way.  We began HAPS Photography because too many stories go unseen: families whose connections deserve to be remembered, athletes whose intensity deserves to be celebrated, architects and designers whose work shapes culture yet too often goes unnoticed.

Our mission is simple — to create images that honor the people, the work, and the spirit behind every moment.
