Prepare for Picture Day


After signing up, scroll down and read the “Best Practices for School Photos” guide with tips to help your child feel confident and ready. We bring the full setup and guide your child through a calm, efficient portrait experience.


Your child will be photographed at school on the scheduled Picture Day. No forms or cash handling is needed at school.

Proof Gallery and Ordering


After Picture Day, you will receive a secure proof gallery link. From the gallery you can:

  • Download digital images
  • Purchase optional professional prints
  • Order add-ons based on your school’s pricing

When will we receive our proof gallery?

Proof galleries are typically sent within approximately 10 business days after Picture Day. You will receive a private link by email when your images are ready to view.


Are photos digital or printed?

All packages are digital downloads. You may print your photos anywhere, or order professional prints directly through the online gallery if you prefer.


What is the difference between pre-order and after-proof pricing?

Some schools offer discounted pre-order pricing or include a class photo with pre-orders. After you view proofs, you can still purchase photos, but pricing and bundles may be different. Your school’s flyer or email will list the specific options.


Do we have to buy photos?

No. Viewing proofs is always free. You only purchase photos if you choose to.


What if purchasing photos would be difficult for our family right now?

Quiet support credits are available. Please reach out privately and we will do our best to help.


How long will our gallery be available?

Galleries are typically available for several weeks. We recommend downloading your images as soon as you receive them.
